About this downloader

Grabivo's Threads downloader turns a public Threads post link into MP4 files. Paste a URL shaped like threads.com/@username/post/code — threads.net works too, and short threads.net/t/code links are accepted — and the resolver fetches the post's public embed from Meta, lists every video it contains, and offers the pixel sizes Meta publishes, labelled by the shorter edge such as 720p. Downloads are served from Meta's CDN through a signed link, so the MP4 keeps the resolution the post itself provides. No account, no apps, no re-encoding.

Only public Threads posts can be resolved. If a post belongs to a protected account, or Meta answers with a sign-in wall, the tool returns an error instead of trying to get around it — it never logs in, bypasses privacy settings or stores credentials. Nothing is uploaded or kept: the resolver reads the post, and each download streams straight from Meta's CDN to your browser, so there is no copy on our servers waiting to expire. It runs in any modern browser on Android, iPhone, Windows, macOS and Linux.

Threads downloads, answered

How do I download a video from Threads?

Open the post, copy its link, paste it into the field above and press “Find video”. Every video in the post is listed — click Download and the MP4 is saved.

Which Threads posts can I download?

Public posts only. Posts from protected accounts, and posts Threads shows behind a sign-in wall, cannot be resolved — this tool never bypasses that.

Are the videos stored on your servers?

No. The file is streamed straight from Meta's CDN through the resolver to your browser and is never written to disk anywhere.

Why does my link not work?

The post may be deleted, private, or a reply the author removed. Check that the link is complete and that it opens for you in a private browser window.

How do I copy a Threads post link?

Threads post links are copied from the share menu or the browser address bar. In the Threads app, tap the share icon below the post and choose “Copy link”; on the web, open the post and copy the address, which looks like threads.com/@username/post/code. Both threads.com and threads.net addresses work, and short threads.net/t/code links work too.

What if a Threads post contains several videos?

Every video in a Threads post is listed separately, including each video in a carousel. Posts with a carousel of clips and posts with a single video both produce one entry per video, each with its own thumbnail, quality options and MP4 download, so you can save them one by one.

Can I download videos from a private Threads account?

Private Threads accounts cannot be downloaded. The tool reads only the public embed Meta serves to anonymous visitors; a post behind a protected account or a sign-in wall returns an error rather than bypassing that. A public post can be checked by opening its link in a private browser window.
